Product Overview

Jake & Amos® Lime Pickles are made with a process that gives us a glimpse back in time to the old days of the Pennsylvania Dutch Country. The "lime" used in the process of these pickles is a food grade version of what was used for making white-wash, plaster and spreading on the fields. Our forefathers probably didn't know the science behind the preservation process; however they did know that what they created was a very crisp, green pickle with a delightfully dry, sweet balance.

Jake & Amos Lime Pickles

I'd never heard of lime pickles so decided on a whim to give them a try. They are so very good my fridge will always have a jar of them in it. So very glad I'd tried them my favorite pickle

Product is excellent.
One glass jar lid was on crooked was not sealed causing it to leak out in transit. Had to discard.
