Product Overview

This 100% whole grain wheat flour is made from American hard red spring wheat and contains the nutritional benefits of grinding the whole kernel. It can replace white flour in most recipes with little or no modifications. It is light brown in color, with brown flecks throughout. Great for bagels, breads, brownies, cookies, muffins, pizza crusts, pretzels and rolls. This item is a raw agricultural commodity and requires further processing to be food safe. High quality flour!

I know the description says it’s for other things, but it makes a delicious loaf of bread. Glad I have 50 pounds of it. Very good wheat flavor. Highly recommend!
