Chili Powder is a blend of several spices including dried chili peppers, garlic, onion, cumin, oregano, paprika, allspice, salt and other spices. Chili powder is most commonly used to season chili; however it can also be used with beef or chicken, as an addition to scrambled eggs, or in soups, stews and sauces.
