    In the right direction to find my favorite flour

    I'm a fan of home-baked bread, cookies, cakes, and...I've bought so many different flours but couldn't find the one I'm dreaming for. I'm looking for a kind of flour that a bakery (Maiwand Market) uses it in Bay Area, CA. The bakery doesn't give me the flour's name. I don't blame them, they want to keep the secret for their business. I hope one day I can find it through random purchase. The product (Seal of Minnesota,) is very close to that taste, but still not the same. I'd give it a four-n-half star, but there was no such option. It's perfect for cookies and cakes, but for bread, it becomes too sticky. I'll continue buying other brands from Allbulksfoods so as to locate my lost taste.
