Usage and Instructions: Dutch-Whip Topping & Frosting Mix (Instant) 1-1/4 cups Ice Cold Water (No Ice) 1-1/2 cups Dutch-Whip Topping Powder Place the mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 30 minutes before mixing. Pour Ice Water (no ice) into the bowl, add the powder, mix on low for 1 minute. Scrape down the bowl, mix on medium until peaks form and hold (4-6 minutes). Use immediately or refrigerate for later use. Options: Flavorings and colors can be folded in for use as a delicious, light, inch no so sweet inch , creamy, cake & pastry frosting.
